A bun (or two) in the oven

I have been thinking alot about Cathy since I shot her- she is gorgeous and so happy about being pregnant. She looks amazing- but what I can't figure out is how there are 2 babies in there!!! Just amazing! The babies will be joining us in about 2 weeks- so stay tuned to find out if it is 2 boys, 2 girls, or one of each!

Dani's GORGEOUS wedding

Dani stressed to me how important it was that she have amazing photos. She didn't care what she had to do or what I had to do to get them- (of course this made me totally love her!) She had a gorgeous day and had everything planned perfectly. This made my job easy and we definitely got what she wanted! Thanks Dani!

3 boys

I love these brothers as they are so full of life and just so fun to be around! It probably helps that 2 of them just finished kindergarten and I have a special place in my heart for kindergarteners! All of them are just too darn cute!

- What to submit: Videos, Photos, Emails etc. of your wedding plans, your story as a couple, and why you feel as though you are the most deserving recipient. Be creative! Stand out from the crowd! Don't forget to include your names, date, location, and a way to contact you!

- Who will win: Blog readers will vote for one favorite from three finalists chosen by me for their creative entry, their story and their desire to also give back.

Here is the last little cutie from my spree of 6 month old girls! Her older sister is quite a little diva and I love to photograph her, so I knew this session would be fun! They brought an entire suitcase of clothing options along (which I love) but I couldn't help but go for the "natural" look. These are TOO cute!

Leid Lodge Wedding

What a gorgeous day for a wedding! It started out very windy and a bit chilly so they moved their outdoor reception indoors- but decided to brave it for the ceremony. I'm so glad they did as they clouds cleared and it was just a perfect afternoon! These guys have been dating for over 8 years! You wouldn't have known it as they were so giddy with each other. Congratulations!

Here is our next lil' girl! Kamryn is a doll- not 6 months yet (but we still like her!) These guys live in Kansas City so we shoot when they are in town or when I go there. Lucky for me there are okay with that and didn't find a new photographer when they moved- I would miss seeing them!

So many 6 month old girls lately- and this is not the last one! Again another just sweet sweet girl. I have always loved her two brothers and of course number three is just as yummy. It is fun to be surrounded by all the pink, dresses and flowers since I am usually with tractors, mud and elmo!

more cute girls! This is the 3rd and final (from what I hear) girl in the Stevens family! She is just as darling as the first two. She was just pefect during the shoot- a complete angel. And of course it was wondeful as always to see her parents!

I love 6 month olds! It is by far my favorite age- they are so expressive and the aren't too crazy yet! I always warn parents that the 6 month session is usually the most expensive, and it certainly doesn't help when you have an adorable older sister as well.
